Passage: Psalm 1:1–6

What is one thing that stood out to you from this week’s message?
When you think about what kind of fruit a tree or a person is producing what do you most often think is the problem?
Who do you have in your life that is a Millenial?
What are ways that Technology, Social Media and the Internet have helped you? How are they having a negative impact on you, your friends, family, community?
Psalm 1 holds out not only a right way to live but actually the contrast between life and death. What are the images that the Psalmist uses?
How does the Psalmist tell us that Life involves how we think, behave and with whom we ultimately dwell with or call our people?
What is the most important part of the tree? How does the Psalmist draw on the imagery of Eden in Genesis 1-3 and Revelation 22? Why is cultivation so hard and yet absolutely essential for us to bring lasting change to the world?
If we want our actions and ideas to last what or who must they be attached to? Who is the ultimate person Psalm 1 directs us to?
What is one thing you were convicted to apply or change in your life? How can you begin doing this in the upcoming week?
