  2. Why does Paul start off this section reminding the Colossians that they have been raised with Christ? What is the significance of this being in past tense? What difference can this make in our life?
  3. What does Paul mean by telling us to seek and set our mind on things above? How does this relate to Matthew 6-7?
  4. Why do you think Paul addresses sexual sins and anger? How do these sins effect our relationship with God? How do they effect our relationships with others?
  5. What is the difference between a diverse community and a united community?
  6. What are the 3 things Paul wants us to remember about God’s relationship with us in vs. 12?
  7. How does remembering who we are in Christ impact how we want to live for Christ?
  8. What are areas Paul list that you need to be putting to death in your life? 
  9. Start to imagine what your life would look like by putting on these heavenly characteristics of Christ.
